Who we are

The Greenroom Collective is a boutique dance studio and event rental space at 1011 1st Ave, Woodruff, WI 54568. Contact us at hello@greenroomwoodruff.com.

Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you give us directly — name, email address, mobile phone number, and messages you send us.
  • Booking information you submit through Mindbody when you reserve a class or studio time. That data is processed by Mindbody under their own privacy policy.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, which may be collected by our hosting provider.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to rental inquiries and other messages you send us.
  • Operate The Greenroom Collective Class Alerts — class reminders, schedule changes, and studio updates — for people who have opted in.
  • Keep the website running and secure.

Text messages and mobile information

If you opt in to The Greenroom Collective Class Alerts, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent so we can send you the messages you asked for. You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@greenroomwoodruff.com. More detail is on our SMS Alerts page and in our Terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the studio and this website (for example, our web host and Twilio, which delivers text messages), and only as needed to provide those services. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the studio, our students, or the public.

Third-party services

Class booking runs on Mindbody. Social links go to Instagram and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or data handling on third-party sites.

Retention

We keep SMS consent records and mobile numbers for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can honor opt-out requests and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@greenroomwoodruff.com, subject to those requirements.

Your choices

  • Text STOP to leave The Greenroom Collective Class Alerts, or email us to be removed.
  • Email hello@greenroomwoodruff.com to review, correct, or delete information we hold about you.

Children

This website and our text program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or the text program after an update means you accept the revised policy.
